Goodbye Diaryland.

latest / previous / next / 13.07.2006, 12:09 a.m., but what is it

Can you guess what it is? Oh alright, I'll tell you. I have this hour glass with gel in it and you're looking at a bubble upside down making it's way up ... uh ... or down ... one of those, through the gel.

Uh huh. Indeed.

Well I guess I was wrong about my housemate, A. She wanted to do something, but on Tuesday and that was when I was in bad mood and out of luck with the trains, so I arrived at my room really late. Lucky for me, she could free up some time today.

I gave her the hand fan from the previous entry. She got a kick out of the fact that I remembered her story about it. It got me a peck on the cheek.

I ordered us a pizza and we went on to pick up our tickets for Marie Antoinette. We were early so we had a drink and talked for a bit in the cafe next door. The movie was very nice. It was one of those movies that just tell a story. There's not really any kind of plot or things to figure out. It's just a story and that's that. Quite refreshing.

We were walking to the tram stop when she started talking about her boyfriend and complained about him. She likes to do that pretty much every time we talk. She's told me numerous times things aren't working out between the two of them. She continued to talk about it all the way home and I didn't even try to make her talk about it. I tried to steer the conversation away to a different topic in the tram, because some other people were starting to take in an interest as well. She kept coming back to it regardless.

She wore a Chinese dress. I've told her that dress looks really nice on her in the past and that a hand fan would indeed complete the picture when she told me that story about seeing another girl with one in the train.

When we came home she suggested we watch another movie, so we ended up watching Constantine. I didn't expect that. She hasn't been that direct before suggesting something like that.

I wonder if something is going on here? Or maybe that's just me doing some wishful thinking.

We have a lot of things in common and share a lot of interests. She's shorter than me. Talking to her is easy. Then there's the popcorn thing. She likes salty popcorn. So everything is pretty much exactly opposite compared to C, that girl I went on a couple of dates with.

Errrr.

Yeah.
